At Move2Play Pediatric Physical Therapy, we provide comprehensive, family-centered care for children and youth from birth through young adulthood. Our multidisciplinary team partners with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to deliver individualized therapy and adaptive solutions that support participation at home, school, and in the community.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on improving mobility, strength, posture, and functional independence for children with mild to complex physical needs.
PT Services include:
- Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI)
- Direct outpatient physical therapy for children and youth

Wheelchair and seating evaluations in collaboration with Children’s Mercy Hospital and Numotion via our telemedicine wheelchair/seating clinic, serving patients throughout Kansas.
- Custom orthotic assessments, castings, and fittings
- Adaptive equipment assessments, modifications, and fittings
- Consultation with healthcare providers, staff, and families on prescription, use, and modification of adaptive equipment
- In-clinic trials of adaptive equipment to determine the best solutions for functional use at home, school, and in the community
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists are passionate about helping children succeed in daily activities—both big and small. We partner closely with families to build skills that promote independence, confidence, and participation across all environments.
OT Services include:
- Skills of Daily Living (ADLs): Dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene
- Fine Motor Development: Grasping, cutting, handwriting, coloring, and hand-eye coordination
